Its that time of year again folks! Summer time every year Japanese companies close down for a break time to observe Obon Holiday.
Obon or just Bon is a Japanese Buddhist custom to honor the departed (deceased) spirits of one’s ancestors. This Buddhist custom has evolved into a family reunion holiday during which people return to ancestral family places and visit and clean their ancestors’ graves, and when the spirits of ancestors are supposed to revisit the household altars. Also called the Feast of Lanterns, it has been celebrated in Japan for more than 500 years and traditionally includes a dance, known as Bon-Odori.
The makers here such as HKS, Nismo and all the other big names will be closed down This will mean that any orders from them will be delayed for 8 days. We apologize for this in advance. We will have people here in the office Monday through Friday to answer emails and calls but orders may be delayed. We are still shipping from our inventory but will take a few days off as well.

Het controleren opzich is in 1 dag gebeurt. Alleen ligt hij daarna meestal een tijd bij TNT. Als je geluk hebt krijg je het dezelfde week, maar kan ook 2 weken duren.

Bij mij had het 2-3 dagen geduurt toen ik dat bericht kreeg. Na controle gaan ze de kosten berekenen/bepalen. Als er geen factuur op/in de verpakking zit kan het ietjes langer duren.
