The MKIII Supra 7M-GTE BOV’s are most likely broken after 25+ years of use.

You can test them by removing the bov from the car and trying to blow through it with your mouth. If you can blow through it from both sides, it’s done for and you will need a replacement. And just like all other Toyota parts they are either discontinued or they cost an arm and a leg. The easiest way is to replace the bov by a Bosch part. It’s used on some Porsches and SAAB’s.

The BOV as it sits below has some custom adapter made but you can just get a hose in the correct size and mount it.
